CBIT Internet Pty Ltd and Spitfire Internet Services Merge

Dear Spitfire Internet Services Customers,

RE: CBIT Internet PTY Ltd and Spitfire Internet Services Merger.

Please accept this formal announcement of the Merger between CBIT Internet PTY Ltd and
Spitfire Internet Services. The merger will be finalised 2nd of February 2009. CBIT would like to take this
opportunity to welcome Spitfire clients as part of this merger.
After 10 years of successful operation, Spitfire Internet Services Pty Ltd has entered into an agreement
with CBIT Internet PTY Ltd.

For the past 4 years CBIT and Spitfire have had an ongoing professional and co-operative relationship
both being locally owned and customer focused Internet and IT Service Providers.

Commenting on the proposed transaction, Zoran Illiev - Managing Director CBIT Internet PTY Ltd said:
